Updating your profile

Last updated 2026-04-28

Your account-level settings live at /dashboard/settings.php — not to be confused with per-site settings.

What you can change

  • Username — 3-30 characters, letters/numbers/underscores. Visible on the dashboard, in invitations, and in any team member context.
  • Timezone — affects how dates and times display everywhere on the dashboard. Pick the IANA name closest to your location (e.g. America/New_York, Europe/Berlin, Asia/Tokyo).
  • Email reports frequency — weekly digest only, monthly only, both, or none. Default is weekly.
  • Password — via the separate "Change Password" card. Requires the current password.

What you can't change yourself

  • Email address — this is your unique identity. Contact support if you need to change it.

Time zone tip

The dashboard converts everything to your timezone — charts, tables, visitor logs, even the "today" filter on Visitor Activity. If you collaborate with team members in other timezones, each of them can have their own setting; data renders differently for each user. The underlying database is always UTC, so reports stay consistent.

Email reports

Weekly reports are sent every Monday at 9 AM ET (13:00 UTC) summarizing the past 7 days. Monthly reports go out on the 1st of each month covering the past 30 days. Both include:

  • Total sessions, page views, visitors with trend vs the previous period
  • Per-site breakdown
  • Top 10 referrers across all your sites

Site-level alerts (traffic spikes, bot floods, site-down) are configured separately, on each site's settings page.

Two-factor authentication

Not yet. On the roadmap.
